Idle Cheeky Cat wiki & guides

Less guessing. More extremely well-informed chaos. Find a route, pick your next upgrade, or work out why the cat still has unfinished business.

Biscuit, the cream-colored cat in a mint bandana.

This is the developer-maintained wiki for Idle Cheeky Cat, our free browser game. Start playing without a download or account, then use these guides when you need an answer. The game has 27 campaign levels across 15 settings, four switchable battle weapons, and 20 daily postcard designs.

Your first few minutes

01

Move. Aim. Hold fire.

Use WASD and your mouse on desktop, or the left stick and FIRE on a phone. Levels 1 and 2 let you practice without enemies.

Learn the controls →
02

Find the right kind of noise.

Switch between four battle weapons. Your equipped forge core powers all four, so you can change tactics without giving up your merge progress.

Choose a weapon role →
03

Finish the whole sweep.

Clear every breakable object and every scheduled enemy. Beating a boss alone is not a level clear; missing the bonus time is not a defeat.

Find the answer by what went wrong

The gun in my inventory changed, but I still fire the same way.
Your inventory holds forge cores. The battle buttons choose your firing role. A stronger core improves shared power; it does not choose Spray, Close, Far or Bomb for you. See how the two systems fit together.
The field looks empty, but the level is still running.
Check both counters. A small prop may still be standing, or a scheduled enemy may still be on the way. Background scenery does not count. Check the full-clear rules.
My cat gets overwhelmed after the first few levels.
The game introduces chasers at level 3 and ranged enemies at level 6. Watch the warnings and make room to move while aiming. Read enemy attacks before they land.
I want a stronger run without losing my collection.
Rebirth keeps some progress and resets other progress. Read the keep/reset table before confirming, especially if you just spent coins on boosts. Plan the next cycle.
My progress is missing or the game cannot save.
Check the browser and save message before changing anything. A Settings export captures current play; the backup page preserves the original stored text. Find the right recovery step.
I refreshed, but I did not get another postcard.
The offer follows your local calendar day. Refreshing is not another daily claim. Check the daily card rules and album.

Which cat game does this wiki cover?

These pages cover Idle Cheeky Cat, starring Biscuit, the cream-colored cat with a mint bandana. We are independent from NEPTUNE / TREEPLLA and their mobile game Idle Cat Gunner: Shooter RPG. If that is the game you searched for, our browser-game comparison explains the difference. Its ranks, currency and codes should not be used as instructions for this game.

How we keep the guides useful

These guides are maintained by the game’s developers. Weapon, level and collection tables are built from the same data used by the game. Each page shows when its explanation was reviewed. Numerical comparisons describe the stated conditions; they are not promises about your completion time or proof that every projectile hits.

Game progress is stored in your current browser. No account is required, and signing in elsewhere does not transfer a local save. Read the save backup and restore guide before switching browsers or clearing site data. The press kit includes original artwork, labeled gameplay captures and production notes.
