1. Using the website and game

These terms apply to idlecatgunner.com, maintained by the Idle Cheeky Cat team. You may use the site and game for your personal entertainment and read its guides for information. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

The game is currently free to play. It does not require an account or payment, and Google sign-in is not enabled in the current release. There are no real-money purchases in the game. If that changes, we will explain the relevant features and terms before you choose to use them.

2. Coins, equipment, and collections

Coins, weapons, Stardust, medals, outfits, postcards, and other in-game rewards are virtual game features. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not an investment or a claim to a real-world prize. Completing a level, collecting a card, or sharing a result does not create a right to payment.

Game balance, rewards, and available features may change as the game develops. A guide describes the version reviewed on that page; an older saved run may behave differently.

3. Your browser save

Game progress and postcard collections are stored locally in your browser. They do not automatically sync across devices or browsers. Browser settings, private browsing, storage limits, clearing site data, software changes, or device loss can make that data unavailable.

The game offers a backup and restore tool, but it is not a guarantee against data loss. Postcards are stored separately and are not included in the game save backup. Read the backup and restore guide, and keep a copy of important progress before changing browsers or clearing storage. Do not assume the team has a server copy of your save.

4. Keep play and sharing respectful

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with other visitors, overload or damage the service, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate the team, or mislead people about your connection to the game. Do not use the sharing tools to send spam or harass anyone.

You choose whether, where, and with whom to share a postcard or result. Check the preview before posting. A social platform or other external service has its own terms and privacy rules, which apply when you use it.

5. Website content and third-party material

The game, website content, artwork, and third-party materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Using the site does not transfer those rights to you. Please do not present this game, its artwork, or its guides as your own product, or imply an endorsement that has not been given.

You are welcome to link to our pages and use the game’s built-in sharing tools. For available press materials and their context, see the press and creator kit. For other reuse requests or a concern about material on this site, contact us.

Idle Cheeky Cat is independent and is not affiliated with NEPTUNE / TREEPLLA or Idle Cat Gunner: Shooter RPG. References to other products identify those products; they do not claim their names or rights. Links to another website do not make that website part of our service.

6. Availability and changes

We work on the game and its explanations over time, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, error-free play, or recovery of every lost save. Features may be updated or withdrawn. Contact us if an update causes a problem so we can understand what happened.

These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If we change the terms, we will publish the updated text and effective date here.
